That's what I was thinking too. Check the mega-minis website, not only do they have a lot of the old Grenadier molds, they actually have .pdf copies of old miniature catalogs from a variety of old manufacturers, you might be able to spot him in there.

I'd guess Grenadier, from their later period; but it's just a guess.
Thanks Jagatai - the base seems to suggest Grenadier to me for some reason.

Yes it's Grenadier, I used to have the same figure and I think it was part of the fantasy range
